This Group is for schizophrenia, chronic mental health disorders patients (Shubharthis). It is a mini day care centre. This Group helps in building confidence amongst Shubharthis. Patients who were earlier afraid to mingle in public are now confident while interacting in public. Initially, Shubharthis were not interested in attending the Group. However, with the joint efforts of Doctors, Counsellors, Shubhankars, Volunteers, attendance has increased significantly. Even with Yoga and Dance Teacher's efforts, Shubharthis have started taking part in various outside Programmes alongside the normal crowd.

Various activities such as Drawing, Yoga, Dance, art based therapy are conducted in the Group. New activities have been introduced in the Group such as writing for our internal magazine on various topics, learning of basic laptop operations and reading books from our mini library. We also have sewing machine, where various items such as purses, fridge bags, folders, etc are stitched by Shubharthis. We also have Ghar Ghanti machine, where Shubharthis make various types of healthy and nutritious flours such as Purnanna, Thalipith Bhajani, Amboli Pith, Kulith Pith, etc. Shubharthis are increasing in numbers, which is making the activity place inadequate. This shows that the confidence of Shubharthis and their Shubhankars has increased in respect of various activities conducted in Phoenix Group. Orders for various products stitched/ made by Shubharthis are also increasing day by day. The Trust pays monthly stipend to Shubharthis based on their attendance and performance.

Now we have also started pickup & drop bus service ( Free) for Shubhathis. Centre is open every Monday to Friday from 12.30 to 4.30 PM.
